DESCRIPTION:During our walk\, we may see signs of the breeding season: nesting resident species like Dark-eyed Junco\, Black Phoebe\, Song Sparrow\, and Spotted Towhee. We’ll also be looking for some of our migrant species: Western Tanager\, Black-headed Grosbeak\, Hooded Oriole\, and Yellow Warbler – some just passing through\, some stopping to breed in our region.
