Friday Bird Walk: Honda Valley OS

Join Jack Sanford for some great birding and fun time on his Friday bird walk at the Honda Park Open Space. We will bird the loop trail around the open space.
Every 2nd and 4th Friday (usually) Jack hosts a casual and fun two hour walk at one of the south coast’s birding hot spots. For beginners, this is a great opportunity to see the birds and find out where to bird. For the more experienced birder, here is you chance to share your knowledge and skills. Everyone is welcome.
Target Birds: Woodpeckers, Towhees, Jays, Mockingbirds, Raptors and others.
Directions (Where we will meet!):
- From Hwy 101 take the Carillo Street exit
- Turn towards the south (away from downtown)
- Turn left on Miramonte Drive
- We will park on Miramonte Drive
- We will meet a short distance from the 1st driveway on the right
We will bird the loop trail around the open space.
