Summary
A Yoga-filled Hike – Experience yoga outdoors with a certified yoga instructor.
Description
You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 4-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the hike as you energize the body, relieve tightness, recover faster, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and packable mat.
Meet at the event parking area near The Patch.
