Los Flores Ranch – YIKE
Summary
What is a YIKE? Experience yoga combined with a hike, with Marilyn, a certified yoga instructor.
Description
You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 3-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the trail as you energize the body, relieve tightness, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water and a packable mat. Park in the main parking lot and walk up to meet at the Visitors Center
