About this activity
A Yoga-filled Hike - Experience yoga outdoors with a certified yoga instructor.
You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 4-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the hike as you energize the body, relieve tightness, recover faster, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and packable mat.
