Morning Bird Walk with Scot Pipkin
Summary
Join Scot Pipkin, the Garden’s Director of Education and Engagement, who will lead a group walk through the Garden for a morning of watching and listening for a variety of birds.

Description
Both beginner and experienced birders will appreciate the diverse and beautiful birds that make their home around the Garden.
Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and/or cameras. Although the Garden is dog-friendly, participants are asked not to bring their dog(s) to this class.

About Scot Pipkin:
Scot Pipkin was born and raised in San Diego, California. After attending UCLA and receiving a degree in Geography with an emphasis in biogeography, he has spent his career acquiring and sharing an understanding of the natural world that emphasizes the interconnections that surround us. He has spent countless hours identifying plants/birds/butterflies and anything else that he encountered while catching his breath on hikes
