About this activity

Join hike leader Dennis Beebe & other Sedgwick docents for a moderate interpretative hike on the Ridge-to-Ridge trail. This 3.25 mile loop provides a good overview of the Reserve, including various savanna & woodland habitats, geology, & plant life.

The hike includes the Arroyo Willow trail, part of the Bone Canyon trail, part of the Mesa trail and Lisque Valley road, returning to the field station via Figueroa Creek road. 

Hike leader, Dennis Beebe, has been a Sedgwick docent for over 10 years.  He also serves as a docent for the local non-profit Nature Track and is a member of the board of directors of the SYV Natural History Society.

Enrollment cap is 20 adults.  Suggested donation $20 pp in support of outreach efforts at the Reserve.
